C D Charitable Foundation

You can find us at 102 A in Premium House. We are right across from the Gandhigram Railway Station in the Ellisbridge area of Ahmedabad. Because we are so close to the station, we hear the trains coming and going all day long. It is a busy spot, and there is always a lot of people moving around outside. We are the C D Charitable Foundation. Our office is on the first floor, so it is easy to get to without waiting forever for the lift. It is a bit of an old-fashioned office. We have wooden desks and some big metal cabinets for all our records. We do not have a fancy website or a bunch of social media accounts. We just do our work the old-fashioned way. People stop by on their way to or from the station sometimes. We spend our time trying to organize charitable activities for the community. It is not always easy, and sometimes we feel like we are not doing enough, but we keep at it. The office can get a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but we try to keep it tidy. We do not use any corporate talk or big mission statements. We are just a group of people who wanted to do something good in Ellisbridge. We drink a lot of tea and talk through our plans every morning. That is about all there is to it.
