Brijesh Fresh Foods Private Limited is run from number 46 in Lakshmi Nagar, over in the Sama area of Vadodara. Our address is basically a house that we’ve converted into our business base. It’s a quiet residential street, so it’s not like we have a big neon sign out front. We deal with fresh food products, so our days usually start long before the sun comes up. That’s when the deliveries start arriving and we have to get everything sorted and ready. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and checking the quality of what we’re getting. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. It’s just a few of us here in Lakshmi Nagar making sure the food stays fresh and gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes the house feels a bit small for all the activity, but we make it work. We don't spend money on fancy websites or big advertisements. Most of our business comes from people knowing we’re here and that we do our job. We like the local vibe of the Sama neighborhood. It’s a simple operation and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just regular people working with food and trying to keep everything running smoothly from our small office in Vadodara.
