Our spot is up in Block F-401 at Al Burooj on Sarkhej Road. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens more than we'd like. We work with food here. It’s a mix of packing things and keeping track of what’s coming in from the suppliers. Ahmedabad is a big place, and being on Sarkhej Road means we see a lot of trucks and traffic. The office is mostly just some desks and a lot of paperwork scattered around. We aren't the type to have a sleek lobby or anything like that. We just focus on the food side of the business. Sometimes the kitchen area gets a bit crowded when we are trying out new things. It smells like spices and sometimes burnt toast if someone isn't paying attention to the toaster. We’re just a small team trying to keep the orders straight. It gets hectic around the holidays, but usually, it’s just the same routine day after day. We don’t really have a big public face; we just do our work from this fourth-floor unit. It’s decent enough for what we need. We've got a window that looks out over the city, which is nice when the sun sets. Mostly, it’s just us, the inventory, and the phone ringing. We handle the shipping and the receiving and everything in between without making a big deal of it.
