Apolo Hospital

You can find our hospital at Plot No 1 A in the Bhat GIDC Estate in Gandhinagar. Being in an industrial estate means the surroundings are quite different from the middle of a town. There are big factories and trucks moving around all the time. The roads are wide and it can feel a bit dusty when the wind blows. We are located near the Mother Dairy, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The building is large and sturdy, designed to handle a lot of people coming through the doors. Inside, it’s a very functional space. We have long corridors and the rooms are quite basic. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or plush carpets. It’s all about providing a service to the people who work in the GIDC and the surrounding areas. The staff comes in early and we spend our time managing the patient flow and the paperwork. The canteen downstairs is where most of us go for a quick cup of tea and a snack during the shift. It’s a very grounded place. We don't use any corporate language or have big mission statements. We just show up, do our jobs, and help the people who are sick or injured. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it one day at a time. The atmosphere is very practical and honest. We just do our best with what we have.
