Our place is located over in the Bhat GIDC Estate area of Ahmedabad. If you know the Gandhi Nagar side of things, it’s not too hard to find us at Plot No 1/A. Being in an industrial estate means the surroundings are a bit different than a typical residential street. It gets dusty outside sometimes because of all the activity in the area, but inside we keep things as tidy as possible. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have a good sense of the local rhythm. It’s a functional building, nothing too flashy on the outside. We have various departments set up across the floors. People come here for all sorts of reasons. Some days the waiting area is packed, and other times it’s relatively quiet. We don't really do much advertising; people just know we are here. The hallways are long and have that specific smell you expect in a place like this. We handle a lot of visitors every single day. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but we get through it eventually. It’s just a regular part of the day-to-day life here in Bhat. We see families from all over Gandhi Nagar coming through the doors. We just keep doing what we do, making sure the building is open and ready for whoever shows up.
