Out here in Ghati Nagar, things are a little more laid back than the locations in the middle of the city. The building sits in a spot that’s easy enough to find, though the road can be a bit bumpy depending on the weather. It’s a plain building, nothing too flashy on the outside to look at. We have a decent-sized waiting area where the TV is usually playing the news at a low volume for the people waiting. The chairs are those plastic ones that are easy to wipe down at the end of the day. We get a lot of locals who just walk over from their houses for their appointments. The staff here is a small group, and we’ve mostly been together for a long time, so we know how everyone likes their tea in the afternoon. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up doing things the old-fashioned way with paper and pens. It’s not a high-tech looking place, but the equipment we have works just fine for what we do. The back garden area has a few trees where people sit when it’s not too hot outside. It feels a bit more like a community clinic than a giant institution. We don't have a lot of big signs or advertisements everywhere. It’s just the name on the front and the doors that stay open for whoever needs to come in.
