Apollo Hospitals International Limited

Located at Apollo Hospitals International Limited at Plot No.1 A in the Bhat GIDC Estate near Gandhinagar, our place is right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but once you’re in, it’s a focused environment. The building is large and gray, fitting right in with the other structures in the GIDC. We have a lot of space, which is good because we have a lot of stuff to move around. The floors are concrete and easy to clean. Most of us start our day early to beat the heat and the truck traffic. There’s a lot of coming and going with shipments. We spend a lot of time in meetings or just sitting at our desks working through the backlog. It’s not a polished corporate office. We have wires running along the walls and stacks of boxes in the corners. The water cooler is the main gathering spot for a quick chat. We talk about the weather or the cricket scores. It’s a very practical way of living. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the international side of the operations. It gets really quiet in the evenings when the shifts change. We make sure the gates are locked and everything is secure before we head back toward Gandhinagar. It’s just a solid, working-class type of office setup. We don't mind the dust too much.
