Ansuya Hospital

We have been here at 4 Daxini Soc in Maninagar West for a good number of years now. It is a busy part of Mani Nagar and most people around here know where we are. The building isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside but it does what it needs to do. Inside, it's usually quite a rush especially in the mornings when the first lot of patients start showing up. We have a few rooms set up for different things and the chairs in the waiting area have seen better days but they are comfortable enough. The staff mostly lives nearby so we all know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on the main road. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the street outside but we are used to it by now. People come in with all sorts of problems and we just try to get through the day as best as we can. There is always someone checking the paperwork or cleaning the floors. It's not a corporate place where everything is shiny. It's just a local hospital where we know many of the faces that walk through the door. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We keep things simple because that’s what works for the neighborhood. It’s a lot of work but it feels right being right here in the middle of the community.
