Agaja Namkeen Sweets Private Limited

We are over on Odhav Road in Ahmedabad, right opposite the C M C Factory. Our shop and production are part of the Shri Rakhial Dhan Laxmi society. If you have ever been to this part of Ahmedabad, you know it is always loud and crowded with traffic. We are Agaja Namkeen Sweets, and we spend most of our time around big fryers and cooling trays. Making namkeen is a messy business with all the oil and spices, but we like it. We have been doing this for a while, and most of our staff are locals who live nearby. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. We just have our kitchen and a place to pack the snacks. Every morning we start early to get the first batches ready before the sun gets too hot. Some days are better than others. Sometimes a batch doesn't turn out right, and we have to start over. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make snacks like sev, gathiya, and different types of sweets. People from the neighborhood stop by because they know we are here. It is a family-run kind of feel, even though we are a private limited company on paper. We just want to make sure the bags are full and the taste is right. It is a lot of physical work, but it keeps us going.
