Aero Drape

We are located in Swastik Avenue, inside Swastik Society just off C.G. Road. It’s a slightly quieter spot compared to the main road, which is nice for us. Our work involves a lot of fabric, mostly for windows and interiors. You’ll see rolls of cloth stacked against the walls and long tables where we do the cutting. We spend our days measuring, pinning, and sewing. It’s precise work because if a drape is an inch off, it doesn't hang right. We have some older sewing machines that we’ve maintained for years because they just work better than the new ones. The light in our shop is pretty good in the mornings, which helps us see the textures and colors clearly. We aren't a big factory; it’s more of a small studio feel here. My sister and I run the day-to-day operations. We talk to customers about what they want and then we try to make it happen. Sometimes we have to go out to people's homes to hang the finished products. It’s satisfying to see everything come together at the end. We don't use fancy terms for what we do. We just make curtains and drapes that look good and do their job. It’s a steady pace here. We have our tea breaks and then get back to the needles. It’s what we’ve always done, and we’re happy to keep doing it right here. We hope folks find our work decent enough for their homes.
