We've been here at 18/160, C/I, on Fatehbad Road for a good while now. It's a busy spot, mostly because of the traffic going toward the Taj, but we just keep our heads down and work on the handicrafts. Most days it’s just us figuring out which pieces are ready and which ones need more time. The shop isn't fancy. There’s dust from the road sometimes, and the shelves are usually pretty crowded with whatever we’ve finished lately. People stop by sometimes just to look, and that’s fine. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know how to handle the materials. Some days the wood or the stone doesn't cooperate, so we just start over. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit tiring in the heat. We don't really do much advertising. Most folks find us because they’re walking down Fatehbad Road and see the sign. We try to keep things organized, but it’s hard when you’re constantly making new stuff. The workshop is right in the back, so you can usually hear the tapping of tools if it's a quiet morning. It’s just how we’ve always done it here. Nothing too complicated about it. We just make the things, put them out, and hope they find a home. That's the story of Tirupati Handicrafts. Sometimes the materials arrive late, and we have to adjust our schedule, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on the street, just a spot where the work is done.
