Tooba Handicraft

Tooba Handicraft is located at No. 12/4 in Sue Kattra, Kalwarpara. We are quite close to the Medical College, which is how most people find their way to us. Being in Kalwarpara means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. The shop itself is just a regular room where we keep our supplies and finished pieces. There is no big display window. We just keep the door open for air. I started this place a few years back. It is a small family thing. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just make handicrafts. The area around the Medical College is always busy with students and hospital staff. Sometimes they stop by out of curiosity. We show them what we have been working on at our little table. The lighting isn't the best, so we use a couple of extra lamps when it gets dark. It is a bit cramped inside because we have a lot of materials stored in the corners. We don't mind the tight space though. It feels like home after all these hours spent here. If you are looking for No. 12/4, just head towards Sue Kattra. We are easy enough to spot once you get into the lane. It is just a plain shop where we do our best with what we have. Nothing more to it.
