Aysha Handicrafts & Co.

Aysha Handicrafts & Co. is tucked away in Sarvesh Nagar. We are pretty close to the Dargah Kadam Sharif, which is a well-known landmark in this area. Our workshop is usually full of materials and half-finished items. It’s a busy place, and there’s always something being made. We don’t have a fancy shopfront or a big sign. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. We focus on making things by hand, which takes a lot of time and patience. It’s not like a factory where everything is done by machines. We have a few local people who work with us, and we all just sit together and get the work done. The area around the Dargah is always lively, so there’s a lot of energy around. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped in here with all the stock, but we manage. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. We just hope that if we make something decent, people will like it. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’ve been here for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change, but our little shop stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and keep making our crafts. It’s what we know how to do, and it keeps us going. There's no big mystery to it, just a lot of steady work every day.
