Oom Exports

Our office is right there on the Agra-Delhi Bye Pass Road, specifically at number 7 in Transport Nagar. If you know the area, you know it is always dusty and full of trucks moving back and forth all day and night. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s where the action is for an export business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to drivers who are passing through. The building is pretty simple, just a place to keep our records and sit down for a bit between tasks. Sometimes the internet is slow or the tea guy is late, but we manage. We aren’t a big corporate firm with fancy lobbies. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around desks covered in invoices and shipping documents. The sun hits the front windows pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually keep the curtains pulled. You can hear the horns honking from the highway constantly. We’ve been in Transport Nagar for some time now and we’ve gotten used to the pace. It’s a practical location for what we do, even if it’s a bit gritty. We just focus on getting the goods from one point to another without any unnecessary drama. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the paperwork matches the loads. That is basically our day-to-day life here on the bypass.
