Krafts Palace

Our place is number 506 over at The Mall. Do not let the name Krafts Palace fool you into thinking we have gold-plated faucets or anything. It is a pretty standard office space that we have crammed full of our stuff. We have shelves all the way to the ceiling, and sometimes you need a ladder just to find a stapler. The building itself has been around for a long time, so the elevator is a bit slow and makes a weird clunking sound. We spend our days mostly sitting around the big central table, going through lists and checking on what has arrived. It is a lot of manual work, even the parts that people think are easy. We do not really do much in the way of decorating. There are a few old calendars on the wall and a lot of cardboard boxes in the corners. The light from the windows is good in the morning, which helps when we are looking at small details. Most of us have worked here long enough that we do not even notice the noise from the hallway anymore. It is just a place where we come to work and do our jobs. We try to be sensible about things and not overcomplicate our days. It is just a simple setup, really, and we like it that way because we know where everything is.
