Jaunty Overseas Pvt. Ltd. operates out of C-54 and 55 in the Export Promotion Industrial Park at Shastri Puram in Sikandra. Being in an industrial park means we are surrounded by other companies and a lot of heavy machinery noise. Our units are large and have high ceilings which makes it feel a bit cold in the winter, so we all wear heavy sweaters while we work. We handle a lot of shipments and production schedules every single day. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different sections of the floor. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of computers that are always humming. We have a small tea station in the back where everyone gathers for a break around mid-afternoon. The area outside is mostly concrete and trucks, so it’s not the most scenic place, but it’s where we get everything done. We have a team of people who have been with us for years, and we all know our roles pretty well by now. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a large order needs to go out, but we just roll up our sleeves and get through it together. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do; we just show up and handle the business as it comes. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of numbers.
