Sonali Agribusiness is located over at Isshwarigacha in Baduria. We operate out of Salauddin Biswas’s place. It is a quiet spot in North 24 Parganas, mostly surrounded by greenery and fields. We focus on the business side of farming. There is always plenty to do, from sorting out the seeds to finding buyers who will pay a fair price. We have been here for a bit now and we are just regular folks who know a thing or two about the local crops. The office is not much to look at, just some chairs and a table and a lot of ledgers piled up. We do not use a lot of big words or fancy talk when we are working. If you come by the address, you will probably see us checking over some bags of grain or talking on the phone with a truck driver. It is a lot of back and forth every day. West Bengal has its challenges with the climate, but we make do with what we have. Baduria is a good place for this kind of work. We are not some massive company with a skyscraper in the city. We are just here in Isshwarigacha trying to keep the business running smooth. It is a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when the harvest is coming in. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything adds up.
