Indosri Agri Care Llp is based out of Airport City, specifically at Bl7 Flat A/4238/126/3 on Jessore Road. Being so close to the airport means there is always a plane overhead, which you kind of stop hearing after a week or two. Our office is actually inside a flat, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have our files in the corner and a big table where we sit down to talk about the latest agri-care problems. Jessore Road is always a bit of a nightmare with the traffic, so getting here can be a struggle for our visitors. We spend our days worrying about soil quality and what the local farmers are seeing in their fields. It’s practical stuff. We don't have any big posters or fancy glass walls. Most of the furniture is stuff we’ve had since we started. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people show up at once, but we manage by pulling in chairs from the other room. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is delayed or a farmer has a problem that can't wait until morning. The light in the flat isn't great in the evening, but we have a few good lamps. We just want to make sure the work we do helps someone grow a better crop. It’s a simple goal for a small group of people working on Jessore Road.
