If you come over to Hatiara, you'll find us at Technocrat Agro & Farm Private Limited. We are up on the second floor of Ambika Apartment, specifically in Room No. 2A. It’s part of Lokenath Park in Baguiati. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels quite homey. You have to walk up the stairs since it's only the second floor. 700157 is our pin code if you are sending mail. Being in an apartment means it’s not a huge warehouse, but we do our work from here. The rooms are a bit tight when we have all the files out. Baguiati is always crowded, so getting here takes some time. We look out at the other buildings and see the daily life of Kolkata going on. Technocrat Agro & Farm is how we are known. We deal with the farm side of things, even if we are based in a city apartment. It’s a bit of a mix, really. We spend a lot of time on the phone or at the computer. The fan stays on most of the day because it gets stuffy. Sometimes we have tea from the shop downstairs. It’s a simple setup. We don't have big signs or anything. Just the name on the door. It’s a quiet place to get the planning done for the agro projects. We have been in this spot for a while now and everyone knows us.
