Our place is a bit tucked away in Gali No.16 of Mandawali Fazalpur in Delhi. You have to look for B-64 and ask for Kuldeep Rawat or Surendra Singh. We are known as the Indian Art Handicraft Bazar Gole Market Newdelhi, though our actual workspace is here in this busy street. Mandawali is a crowded area and there is always a lot of noise and activity going on outside. Inside, we have stacks of different things we are working on. It’s a lot of manual work and checking on items that come in and go out. We don’t have a big showroom here, it’s more of a place where we manage the business side of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it is in this part of Delhi. We aren't big on marketing or fancy websites. Most people find us through word of mouth or by knowing someone who knows us. It is a family-style operation where everyone chips in with whatever needs doing. Whether it is packing boxes or talking to suppliers, we just get on with it. We have been in this spot for years and the neighbors all know what we do. It’s a modest setup but it works for what we need.
