We are located at Ecil X Roads, specifically in Flat No 201 of Mythri Apartments, right on Survey No 315. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a food business since we are in an apartment building right across from the BSNL towers. It’s a very busy junction with people and buses moving constantly. Inside our unit, we are mostly focused on the processing and packaging side of things. It’s a smaller space than a big factory, so we have to be very organized with how we store our ingredients and finished goods. The smells of spices and food often drift out into the hallway. We have a small team that handles everything from the cooking to the sealing of the bags. It gets pretty cramped when a new shipment of raw materials arrives, and we have to move quickly to get everything put away. We don't have a big fancy storefront or a lobby. Most of our work is done in the back rooms where the actual production happens. We keep the equipment clean and follow our daily schedule to make sure orders go out on time. The traffic at the X roads can be a nightmare for our delivery vans, so we try to time our logistics for the early morning hours when it's quieter. Sometimes the elevator is out and we have to carry boxes down the stairs, which isn't fun at all.
