Scan Holdings (P) Limited

Our office is in Paschim Vihar, specifically at Gh-14/703. It’s more of a residential-style setup which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those high-rise buildings downtown. Scan Holdings has been operating from here for a bit. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. The room is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or the printer running out of ink. We don't have a big lobby or a security desk at the front. You just come up and knock. Parking in Paschim Vihar is always a bit of a gamble, so most of us try to get in early to find a spot. The desks are cluttered with folders and coffee mugs. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just focus on the business at hand. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get rolls or whatever is available nearby. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files coming in, but we manage. We’ve got a small team and we’ve worked together long enough to know how to stay out of each other's way. It’s a practical way to run a company. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address. We just need a place to sit and work. It's quiet enough for us to get things done without too much distraction from the main road.
