Royal (India) Techno-Projects Pvt. Ltd. is based at Rz-95, Street No. 9, in New Uttam Nagar. We are right near the Nirankari Satsang Ashram, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. The street is usually quite busy with people going about their daily lives, and there’s often a bit of a squeeze for parking. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all our project planning and technical details. It’s not a flashy setup with glass walls or anything. It’s more of a place where we have maps spread out and a lot of technical manuals sitting on the shelves. We’ve been working out of this neighborhood for quite some time now. Some days are spent entirely on the computer, while other days we are out and about. There is always a pot of tea being made somewhere, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed even when we have a lot on our plate. We don't worry about sounding like a big corporation; we are just a local team doing our job. The building has seen a lot of years, and the stairs are a bit worn down, but it’s home for our business. We just try to stay on top of the projects and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where everyone knows their role.
