We’ve been operating out of A-42 in Mayapuri Phase-1 for quite some time now. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly just rows of industrial units and a lot of noise during the day. Our spot isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, just a standard building where we get the daily work done. The trucks come in early most mornings to drop things off or pick stuff up, and that usually sets the pace for the rest of the day. There’s a tea stall just down the road where most of the guys head during the afternoon break. The workspace inside has changed a bit over the years as we moved things around to make more room, but the core of what we do hasn't really shifted. Some of the staff have been here since the beginning, so they know exactly where everything is kept, even when things get a bit cluttered during a busy week. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of orders on clipboards. We don’t really spend much time worrying about how the office looks to visitors because we’re usually too busy with the actual operations. The metal shutters stay open most of the day to let some air in, which is nice except when it’s raining hard and the street outside starts to get muddy. It is a practical place for practical people who just want to get through their shift.
