Our office is at Ea-66 in Inderpuri, on the first floor to the right. We are very close to Ratan Dairy, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find us. Inderpuri is a busy neighborhood, and there is always something happening on the street below. The office itself is quite basic. We have a few desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets for the Essar Ltd records. It is not a modern glass-and-steel building. It is just a regular local office where we do our daily work. We spend a lot of time on the landlines and handling the various administrative tasks that come our way. We have a small balcony where we can step out for a bit of fresh air, though it is usually pretty noisy with all the traffic. We do not have any corporate slogans on the walls or a big reception area. Most of the people who work here have been around for a long time, so we just get on with things without needing much direction. We make our own tea and sometimes share snacks during the afternoon. It is a comfortable, no-frills environment. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just focus on the work that needs to be done for the company and make sure the day runs as smoothly as possible before we head home.
