Akt Impex Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Hastsal Village, right in the Uttam Nagar area. Our address is 264-B. It’s a bit of a local spot, not tucked away in some big industrial park with glass walls. We’ve been operating out of this part of Delhi for a while. We handle import and export stuff, mostly dealing with the practical side of moving goods. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the paperwork done and talk to our suppliers. It can get pretty hectic with deliveries and people coming and going. We don’t really have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and try to keep everything moving on schedule. People in the village know us as the place that’s always busy with shipments. We use simple English and talk to people plainly. No need for complicated business talk when you're just trying to get a crate from one place to another. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We’ve grown over time, but we still feel like a local business. The streets around here are narrow and it feels like a real neighborhood. We like it that way.
