Sri Venkata Seetharam Degree College

Located over in Pusapatirega, our degree college is a familiar spot for many in Vizianagaram. We are right on Budiveedi. It’s a straightforward institution where students come to get their degrees. We don’t have those fancy glass buildings you see in the big cities. Ours is a practical, functional space. The classrooms are large enough, and we have a decent library where students can sit quietly. Most of the staff comes from nearby villages or the town itself. We know the local families and the challenges the students face. It’s not always easy, but we manage to keep things running smoothly. You might find some dust on the shelves if you look closely, but the books are there and that’s what matters. We focus on the curriculum and making sure the exams happen on time. There isn't any marketing fluff here. We don't claim to be anything other than a local college providing an education to those who need it. During the summer, it gets quite hot, so we rely on the ceiling fans and open doors. Students gather under the trees during their breaks to talk. It’s a very calm and normal atmosphere. We are just a group of people working together to keep this place going for the next generation of graduates in our district.
