Talasila Continental

Being right on Station Road in Dondaparthi means we see a lot of tired faces. Talasila Continental is at a spot where people are usually coming from or going to the train. The 530016 area is always buzzing with people carrying luggage. We've been here for years, and the building has seen a lot. It's not the newest place on the block, but we try to keep it decent for the travelers. I spend a lot of my time at the front desk, watching the rickshaws go by outside. The noise of the station is just part of the background music for us now. We don't have those big polished lobbies you see in movies. It's just a functional space with some chairs and a desk that's a bit scratched up. Our staff is mostly locals who know every corner of Dondaparthi. If someone needs to know where the best tea is or what time the next train leaves, we usually have the answer. We keep the rooms clean and the water running, which is what most people really care about anyway. Sometimes the paint in the hallway needs a touch-up, and we get to it when we can. It's a busy life on Station Road, and we are just happy to be a part of it. We don't make big promises, we just open the doors every morning and do our jobs. It is just a regular hotel for regular people.
