Demos Fried Chicken

We are up here on the second floor of Sai Visata on the main road in Gajuwaka. Most people find us because we are right beside the Anakapalle bus stop at the old junction. It gets pretty busy around here in the evenings with everyone heading home from work. We spend most of our day in the kitchen getting the chicken ready and making sure the fryers are at the right temperature. It is a simple setup we have going. We started this place because we liked the idea of a local spot where people could grab a quick bite without much fuss. You have to walk up the stairs since we are not on the ground level, but people do not seem to mind once they smell what is cooking. Our staff is mostly local folks from around Visakhapatnam who have been with us for a bit now. We keep the place clean and try to make sure there is enough seating even when the lunch rush hits hard. Sometimes the main road gets loud with all the traffic, but inside it is just us and the food. We use what we can find at the local markets for our sides. There is nothing fancy about how we do things here. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work. It is a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the kitchen, but it is what we do.
