Siva Sivani Public School

We have been operating here in Sector 9 of the Steel Plant Township for many years now. Most people around Ukkunagaram recognize the Siva Sivani Public School building as they go about their daily business. It is a busy place, especially in the early mornings when the yellow buses arrive and parents are dropping off their kids before they start their shifts at the plant. The school itself is a functional space that has seen many generations of students pass through its doors. We try to keep things running in an orderly fashion, even when the weather gets incredibly hot or the monsoon rains make the grounds a bit muddy. The hallways can get quite loud during the breaks, but that is just a natural part of having so many young people in one place. We have a few trees in the courtyard that give some shade during the lunch hour. It is not a particularly fancy setup, just a regular school where we focus on getting through the daily lessons and making sure everyone stays safe. You will often see the staff out there during the morning assembly or when there is a small event happening in the common area. The local tea stalls nearby are where some of us head for a quick break. It feels like a small community within the larger township. There is always a desk to fix or a room that needs a bit of touch-up paint, but we manage it all as a team.
