Narayana E Techno School

Living and working near the Visakhapatnam Airport means you get used to the sound of planes pretty fast. Our Narayana E Techno School is right on Duvvada Station Road, which is a busy spot for people coming and going. The airport is just a stone's throw away in the 530009 area. Most mornings, I see the traffic picking up on the road as the sun starts to heat up the asphalt nearby. It’s a large building and there is always a lot of cleaning to do before the first bell rings. We spend a lot of time walking the halls and making sure the fans are working because the Vizag humidity can be quite something. The staff room is usually crowded during lunch with people sharing their tiffins and talking about the commute from different parts of the city. Duvvada Station Road has its own rhythm, with the trains and the planes and the local buses all converging around us. We don't have a lot of peace and quiet, but that is part of being in this part of town. Sometimes the sea breeze reaches us, but mostly it's just the heat and the sounds of the neighborhood. It’s a practical place where we just focus on getting through the day and making sure the gates are locked on time. Every day is pretty much the same routine, but we like the familiarity of our spot here near the airport and the railway station.
