Mahathi Model School

You can find Mahathi Model School over at Plot No 9-46, right on the Main Road in Gopalapatnam. Being in a place like Visakhapatnam, it’s usually pretty busy outside our front gate. The traffic on the Main Road never really seems to stop. We’ve been in this building for quite a few years now. It’s a sturdy place, though the salt air from being near the coast can be tough on the metal bits. We have a mix of staff here, some who have been with us since the start and others who are newer to the area. We don’t really go in for those big speeches or shiny advertisements. People in Gopalapatnam know where we are and what we do. The classrooms are standard, and we try to keep the fans running all day to deal with the heat. It’s a practical setup. We spend our time working with the students and talking to the parents who drop by after work. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic in the mornings when everyone is arriving at once, but we eventually get everyone settled in. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in Vizag or anything like that. We just want to be a reliable place in our own neighborhood. It’s just honest work, really. We show up, we do the teaching, and we make sure the building is locked up tight at night. It works for us.
