Narayana Concept School

Down in Ram Nagar, things move at their own pace, but Narayana Concept School is usually a hub of activity from early in the morning. Visakhapatnam has that coastal air that you just get used to after living here for a few years. Our building here in Ram Nagar - 530002 is not hard to find if you are looking for it. It is a multi-story place where the stairs are always seeing a lot of feet going up and down throughout the day. We do not have those big sprawling gardens you see in movies, but the classrooms are filled with benches and blackboards that have seen plenty of use. Every morning, the parents pull up on their scooters, and the kids hop off with their heavy bags. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes in the small front area during drop-off. The staff mostly talks about the heat or how the local bus was running late again. We try to keep the fans running all day because it gets stuffy in the rooms. There is a basic routine we follow, from the morning assembly to the final bell, and it is mostly about getting through the lessons without too much fuss. You can hear the hum of the city traffic from the upper floors. It is just a regular part of the neighborhood here. We do not go for anything flashy; it is just about having a place for the kids to sit and learn. By the time evening rolls around, the building is quiet and the caretaker locks up.
