Our place is at Unit No. 21 in Mangalagiri, over in the Prakasham District. Even though the name says industries and private limited, it feels like any other local yard once you get inside the front gate. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the batches as they come out. Mangalagiri is a busy area and there is always something moving around near the unit. We have a few machines running but a lot of the work is still just people moving things by hand. The dust settles on everything including the ledger books in the office. We try to keep the trucks moving in and out without blocking the main path for the others. It gets crowded when two big lorries show up at the same time to load. The sun in Prakasham can be brutal during the middle of the day so we usually take our breaks under the tin roof. We don't bother with fancy signs or advertisements. People know we are at Unit 21. We have been working with the same group of guys for a long time. It is a lot of sweat and repetitive work but that is how it goes. We don't have a big marketing team, just us handling the phones and the loading. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. It is just a regular business trying to stay steady in a very busy district.
