Govind Hair Styles

Govind Hair Styles is located at D No 41-1/2-54 on Feder Road in the Krishna Lanka area of Vijayawada. We are quite close to the Varadhi, which most people know as the big bridge nearby. The traffic on Feder Road can be a lot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to cross the river. Our shop is a typical local hair cutting place. We have the usual rotating chairs and the large mirrors that cover almost one whole wall. You can hear the sound of scissors clipping and the hum of the old ceiling fans all day long. We keep a stack of newspapers on the table for people to read while they wait for their turn. It’s a place where men come to get a quick shave or a haircut and talk about the local news or cricket scores. We don't have air conditioning, but we keep the doors open to let the air move through. The walls have some old posters on them. It’s a very simple setup. We’ve known some of our customers since they were kids, and now they are grown men bringing their own sons. We aren't a fancy styling studio, just a regular barbershop where you get what you ask for. The dust from the road is a constant battle, but we keep things as clean as we can. It’s just how we do things here in Krishna Lanka.
