Sparrows Hair & Beauty Salon

We are located at 59A-18-14 on the Main Road in Guru Nanak Colony, Vijayawada. You can find Sparrows Hair & Beauty Salon right beside the Silver Spoon Restaurant. It is a handy spot because people often come in before or after they go out for a meal with their family. The salon is a mix of hair stations and a small corner for basic beauty treatments like facials. It isn’t a very big place, so it can get a bit cramped when we have four or five people in at once. The floor is made of tile, and it shows every single bit of hair, so we are constantly sweeping up with the broom. We have a few mirrors with some decorative lights around them, though one of the bulbs has been out for a week and I haven't had time to fix it. I have a small team of people working with me. We aren’t wearing any fancy uniforms, just our own clothes with black aprons on top to keep clean. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and informal. We talk to the customers about their day and what is happening in the colony. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is completely silent for an hour. We just take it as it comes. It is a practical place for people who want to get their hair cut or a facial done without any of that high-end salon attitude. We just do the work.
