Kalaivani Nursery & Primary School

If you head over to Gandhi Nagar West in Vellore, you’ll find us on the 2nd West Cross Road. We are tucked away in Suthanthira Ponvizha Nagar. Our school is a basic nursery and primary school where local families send their kids. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part, except for when the kids are arriving or leaving. The building is simple and functional. We have been here long enough that some of our earlier students are now grown up and living their own lives. Inside, the classrooms are filled with the usual stuff like wooden desks and colorful posters on the walls. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. Most of what happens here is just teachers working through the daily lessons with the children. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy and the chalk dust gets everywhere, but that’s just how it is in a real school. We spend a lot of time on the fundamentals because that’s what the parents here want for their kids. There is a small gate at the entrance and a bit of space for the kids to line up in the mornings. It’s an honest sort of place where we just do our jobs and try to help the neighborhood children get a decent start. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in town, just a reliable one for the families nearby.
