Down here in Maghwar village, things move a bit slower than in the big cities nearby. We’re located on Chakiya Road in the Chandauli district. It’s mostly open fields and wide spaces around us, which makes sense for an agro business like ours. We spend our days dealing with whatever the land gives us each season. The office is just a small, plain building with a few desks and a lot of grain samples lying around in jars. We don’t wear suits or have big formal meetings. Usually, it’s just us talking to people from the village or nearby areas about their crops and the weather. The road gets a bit muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning our boots at the door. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when the tractors go by our window. We’ve been part of this community for a long time now. Our families live just down the way, and we see our neighbors every single day. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one for us. We focus on the basics of what we do and try not to get ahead of ourselves. There’s always something that needs to be done, whether it’s checking the stores or talking to the truck drivers. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the work gets done and everyone gets what they need.
