Vyas Bagh is a quiet corner in the Harhua Shivpur area of Varanasi. That’s where we set up Anar Agro Industries. Varanasi is a place where things move at their own pace, and we kind of like that. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a practical space where we manage our agricultural business. We spend a lot of our time talking to local growers and figuring out how to get their stuff to the market. There’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes it feels like we are constantly on the phone. We don't have any big marketing budgets or fancy slogans. We just know the land around here and the people who work it. The weather in Uttar Pradesh can be a real challenge, with the heat and then the heavy rains, but we've lived here long enough to know how to handle it. Sometimes the power goes out in Harhua, and we have to wait for it to come back to finish our work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep things honest and straightforward. It’s a lot of hard work, and the office can get a bit cluttered with samples and bags, but it shows we’re actually doing something. If you drop by, you'll find us just working away, probably with some tea nearby.
