Chhindmastika Agro Producer Company Limited

Our place is House Number 141 in Bhagwanpur village. It’s in the Chakia block, near the Hardia Bad area. We are a bunch of local guys who decided to group up for our agro work. Farming in this part of the country isn't getting any easier, so we thought having a company would help us stay organized. We mostly work out of this house in the Tola. It’s a practical arrangement. You won't find any fancy reception desks here. Usually, someone is sitting on the porch talking about the market prices. We've all got dirt under our fingernails because we are out in the fields every day. The company is just a way for us to buy things in bulk and maybe sell our produce together. We’ve known each other for years, so there’s a lot of trust. It’s a small operation. We don't do much in the way of sales talk. We just show up and do the work. The village life is slow, but we keep busy with the seasons. From planting to harvest, there is always something that needs doing. We don't really have a big staff, just the neighbors who are part of the group trying to make ends meet.
