We are based in Arjunganj at Santosh Singh Rathor’s place. Dealing with the agro and biotech side of things is what we do, but we keep it all very grounded. It sounds a bit technical when you hear the name, but really it is just about finding better ways to grow stuff in our soil. We have been part of the Arjunganj area for a long time now. Santosh helps run the daily operations and keeps the books. It is not a huge corporation with hundreds of employees and fancy cars. We are just a small team that cares about the local land and the people who work it. A lot of time is spent looking at different seeds and seeing how they handle the local weather conditions. Sometimes we are out in the fields getting our hands dirty and other times we are sitting in the office sorting through a pile of papers. It is a mix of the old ways of doing things and some new ideas we have picked up along the way. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do every day. We just work with what we have and try to do a good job. People around here know us as being practical and straightforward in our dealings. If there is a problem with a crop, we try to look into it and see what can be done. It is just how things are done in our neck of the woods.
