Sri Balaji Industries

Sri Balaji Industries has been operating out of Plot No. 260 in Phase-2 for a good number of years. When we first moved into this spot, there wasn't as much traffic around here, but now Phase-2 stays busy all day with trucks coming and going. The building itself is just a standard industrial block, nothing that would catch your eye from the road. We keep our tools and machines organized as much as we can, though things tend to get a bit cluttered when we have a lot of materials arriving at once. It’s just a handful of us working here, doing the regular production stuff that needs to get done. The morning usually starts with a bit of a struggle to get the main gate open because it sticks sometimes in the humidity. We don’t have a front office person or a receptionist, so if someone comes by, one of us just wipes the grease off our hands and goes out to see what they need. It’s a loud place once the machines are humming, so we mostly communicate with nods and hand signals during the shift. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that isn't really a priority when there is work waiting on the floor. It’s a practical space where we spend most of our daylight hours just dealing with the day's tasks and making sure things are moving along.
