Pruthvi Steel Ceramics

You can find us over at Pruthvi Mall right near the Gidc Char Rasta area. It is a busy spot where a lot of industrial and commercial things happen at once. We deal with a lot of steel and ceramic products so the showroom usually has a lot of heavy samples on display. It’s a bit of a workout moving tiles and steel pieces around for people to see but that’s part of the daily routine. We get a mix of contractors and regular homeowners coming in looking for materials for their projects. The mall location makes it easy for people to stop by while they are out doing other errands. We don't have a lot of fancy displays or high-end lighting but we have plenty of stock for people to look at. The dust from the ceramics is something we just live with because you can't really avoid it when you're moving boxes around all day. Most of us here have been working with these materials for a long time so we know which ones are sturdy and which ones are just for show. It’s a practical business where we spend more time looking at specs than we do on fancy brochures. We just open up in the morning and wait for the next person to come in with a list of what they need for their build. It is honest work and we like being here.
