Vico Forge Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 748/2 and 749 in the 40 Shed Area of the G.I.D.C. Estate in Vapi. It’s a big industrial area, so there’s a lot of noise and movement all day long. we have a couple of plots here that we use for our operations. It’s a lot of space, but we use every bit of it. The G.I.D.C. is a tough place to work sometimes because of the dust and the constant traffic of trucks, but it’s where we belong. We started out with just a small shed and slowly grew into what we have now. We don’t use any corporate jargon here. We just talk like normal people. If there's a problem, we sit down and figure it out. Our workers are the backbone of this place, and many of them have been with us for years. We eat lunch together and talk about the news. It feels more like a community than a company sometimes. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a long time and people know we’re reliable. If you visit, you’ll see us in our work clothes, probably covered in a bit of grease or dirt. That’s just the nature of the forge. We keep our heads down and do what we need to do. It’s hard work, but we’re proud of what we make here in Vapi. We’ll be here tomorrow doing the same thing.
