We are down at C-323/4 in the 40 Shed Area of GIDC. If you’ve ever been to GIDC, you know it’s a lot of metal, noise, and grease. That’s pretty much what our place is like. We make and sell tools. Our workshop is full of lathes, grinders, and heavy machinery. It isn't a clean place. There’s always some metal shavings on the floor or a bit of oil on the benches. We don't see the point in making it look like a showroom when it’s a working shop. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time. The guys working here know their way around a piece of steel. We don't have a marketing department or a website with pretty pictures. People find us because they need a tool that won't break the first time they use it. We talk a lot about specs and tolerances. It’s a simple business. We get the raw material in, we do the work, and the tools go out. The 40 Shed Area is always bustling. Trucks coming in and out, people shouting over the noise of the machines. It’s where we belong. We drink our tea standing up most of the time. We aren't looking to be famous. We just want to keep making tools that do the job they’re meant for. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
