Nakoda Industries

Nakoda Industries is tucked away on Old Dena Bank Road. It’s a bit of a funny spot because people still use the bank as a landmark even though things change around here all the time. Our address at Survey No. 74/1/1 is pretty easy to find once you get onto the right street. It’s mostly industrial stuff around us, so there’s always a lot of activity. You’ll see guys loading up small tempos or just sitting outside having tea during the break. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of where the work happens. There are stacks of materials near the entrance and the sound of tools is constant. It’s a practical setup. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day stuff, making sure the power stays steady and the orders are moving along. Some days are slower than others, especially when the weather gets really humid, but we try to keep a steady pace. The building has some character, maybe a few cracks in the plaster here and there, but it serves its purpose. We know our neighbors well, and we usually help each other out if someone’s delivery gets dropped off at the wrong gate. It’s just a normal workplace where people come to put in their hours and get the job done right. It isn't perfect, but it is our way of making a living.
