M3 Extrusion

You’ll find us over at Plot L/4403/4/3 in the Plastic Zone. It’s a bit of a maze back here, and if you don’t know the turns, it’s easy to end up at the wrong unit. The air around here always has that faint smell of heated material, which is something you just get used to after a week or two. Our unit isn't massive, but we use every inch of the space we have. We’ve got the machines lined up in a way that makes sense for the flow of work, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. The lighting isn't the best in the corners, so we use some portable lamps when we need to do precision work. We have a small desk near the front where the phone sits, but it doesn't ring as much as you’d think. Most of our coordination happens in person on the floor. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from operating the machines to sweeping the floor at the end of the shift. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Everyone just wears what’s comfortable and safe for the job. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the machines don't overheat during the long afternoon runs.
