Vaishalika Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is Vaishalika Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are based in the village of Saifpur, which falls under the Kernpura panchayat in the Hajipur block. To find us, you look for Sunil Kumar Bishwakarma at his place in the village and tola. We don't have a corporate office with a receptionist. Instead, we meet in a simple room or even outside when the weather is nice. Sunil is the person who keeps track of everything for us. Being in Hajipur, we are surrounded by farms and people who have been working the land for generations. We are just a small part of that tradition. Our company was started to help organize the local agro produce better. It’s a lot of coordination and simple record-keeping. We don't use any fancy technology, just the basics to get by. Sometimes the village roads get a bit muddy, but that’s just part of life here in Saifpur. People know Sunil and they know where to bring their questions or their crops. We aren't looking to become a giant company; we just want to do right by the local farmers in Kernpura. It is hard work and the days can be long, especially when the harvest is coming in. We talk about real things like the cost of fertilizer and the timing of the rains. It is a humble way to live and work, but it suits us just fine. We are just regular folks doing our bit.
