Phuladh Farmers Producer Company Limited

Located in Phuladh, specifically at Vinay Kumar’s house. This is a small village setup in the Vaishali block. We are a group of local people who decided to work together on our farming. The village of Phuladh is where we all grew up. Most of our work happens right in the fields or in the courtyard of the house. We don't have a big corporate office with glass windows. It is just a regular village home where we keep the registers and talk about the crops. The main thing here is the seasonal cycle of planting and harvesting. When the harvest comes, everyone is working until late at night. We try to help the smaller farmers in the Tola get a better handle on their produce. It is hard to do everything alone, so being a producer company helps a bit with the paperwork and the selling part. We are not big city businessmen; we are just people who know how to grow things. Sometimes we sit around and talk about the price of seeds or how the weather is changing. The village is quiet, and we like it that way. We focus on what we can grow right here in our own soil. It is a simple life, mostly focused on the dirt and the rain and making sure the plants stay healthy until they are ready. No one wears a suit here, we just wear what is comfortable for the fields.
