Vamanrao Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated in Kavitkheda. We are part of the Vaijapur taluka. Dhananjay Anandrao Salunke is the person who runs the office from his spot at Gut Number 86. We named the company Vamanrao Agro and we are a group of producers from this area. Most of us have been working these fields since we were kids. Kavitkheda is a small place where farming is the main thing people do. We started this company because it was getting harder to make a profit on our own. By working as a group, we can share the cost of things like tractors or transport to the market. The office at Gut 86 is nothing special. It is just where we keep the records and meet to discuss the plans for the next season. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just grow crops and try to sell them for a fair price. It is hard work and the hours are very long. Dhananjay spends a lot of time on the paperwork, which is the part most of us don't like. We are just regular people trying to make a living from the land. Sometimes the crop is good and sometimes it is bad, but we stick together. That is the whole point of being a producer company here in Vaijapur. We just try to help each other get through the year.
